Interested in volunteering? It takes many hands to help this weekly event run smoothly and safely, and we are looking for friendly volunteers who love local, fresh food and have a passion for helping out in our community.

Each Sunday of the Market season, we need volunteers to help close down the market. Below are the basic duties you can expect to help with:

Shorewood Farmers Market is looking for help each Sunday, from 12:30 – 2:00 pm. Please consider signing up for one (or many) available time slots. We need people to help with closing down the market which involves taking down market tents, collecting signage, and loading things back into the trailer at the end of the market day. Invite your friends to join us, and pass this form on to anyone who might be able to help!

• Shift is 12:30 – 2:00 pm (at the very latest).
• Report to the Shorewood Farmers Market south tent at 12:30 pm. Market happens rain or shine, possible early close due to lightning or severe weather.
• Our market manager Caroline or a board member will give you instructions and be available to answer any questions.
  We try to work quickly so that everyone can leave. 2 pm is the latest that you would be there.
• We rely on our volunteers for this help. If you are no longer able to fulfill your signup please try to find a replacement, update SignUpGenius or email info@shorewoodfarmersmarket.com asap.
• Shorewood Farmers Market runs every Sunday, 9:30 am – 1 pm, from June 19 – October 30, 2022.
